Job Description
Join PERSOL as the Production Assistant Manager in our manufacturing facility located in Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat. This is a Work From Office (WFO) role designed for hands-on operations leadership. You will lead daily production activities across multiple lines, optimize process flows, manage resource allocation, and mentor a high-performing team to consistently meet safety, quality, and productivity targets. You will be a key interface between production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination to deliver on schedule and within budget.
In this role you will oversee shift planning, equipment utilization, line efficiency, and capacity planning. You will monitor critical metrics such as OEE, cycle time, scrap rate, and downtime, then drive data-driven improvements and action plans. You will champion GMP, 5S, and safety standards, implement root-cause problem solving, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and cost awareness across the production floor.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities to meet output targets while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Plan and coordinate shift schedules, labor allocation, and material flow to maximize line efficiency.
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key production metrics (OEE, yield, downtime, scrap) and implement data-driven corrective actions.
- Enforce GMP, 5S, and safety protocols; drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Coach, mentor, and develop production staff; conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
- Manage production budgets, cost controls, and uptime optimization to minimize waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of production management experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with GMP, safety standards, and quality systems (ISO 9001 is a plus).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis and production planning tools; experience with ERP/MRP systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
