Job Description
Join Softex Indonesia, a prominent player in the Karawang manufacturing corridor. As a Production Planner, you will translate the approved category supply plan into a finite, machine-level production schedule that drives daily operations, optimizes capacity, and ensures on-time delivery to customers.
In this role, you will collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to balance demand and capacity, confirm material availability, and guarantee accurate sequencing of production lines. You will analyze demand signals, lead times, and constraints to create a robust master production schedule (MPS) and monitor performance against KPIs.
You will also support inventory control, material planning, and shop-floor execution by identifying bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions, and escalating critical issues. The ideal candidate is data-driven, with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills to keep stakeholders aligned in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
At Softex Indonesia, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implement planning best practices, and leverage ERP/MRP systems to optimize flow from raw materials to finished goods.
