- Provide expert skin analysis and recommend customized treatment plans to meet individual client goals.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and inviting workspace in accordance with industry health and safety standards.
- Upsell premium beauty products and additional salon services by educating clients on the benefits.
- Ensure a relaxing, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all guests from arrival to departure.
- Keep accurate and confidential client records regarding treatments and product preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in beauty techniques, aesthetic technology, and trending products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beautician, Aesthetician, or similar role in a professional salon or spa.
- Relevant certification (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent local beauty therapy qualifications).
- Deep understanding of skin types, conditions, and the effective use of skincare product lines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset for our diverse client base.
