Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments including shaping, cuticle care, and buffing.
- Apply gel polish, acrylics, and various nail extensions with high precision and durability.
- Create custom and trendy nail art designs tailored to client preferences and seasonal styles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct client consultations to recommend suitable treatments and post-care products.
- Upsell salon services and premium retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets.
- Provide relaxing hand and foot massages as part of the premium spa service package.
- Manage client appointments and ensure a seamless, high-quality service flow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Manicurist in a reputable salon or spa.
- Strong portfolio of nail art and technical proficiency in gel and acrylic applications.
- In-depth knowledge of nail health, anatomy, and sanitation protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with high-end clientele.
