The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of a project, ensuring that business objectives, financial targets, and operational milestones are achieved with excellence. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and implement strategic initiatives to maximize project profitability while maintaining the high-quality standards associated with our brand.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to ensure the financial and operational success of assigned property projects.
- Manage end-to-end project P&L, focusing on cost-efficiency, revenue growth, and budget adherence.
- Oversee daily project operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, including sales, marketing, and site operations to meet project targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to refine commercial strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, contractors, and relevant local government authorities.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and financial forecasts for senior management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing P&L and complex project budgets.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in project management software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of the property market dynamics in Batam and the broader Indonesian region.
