Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of environmental projects, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, partners, and community leaders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to secure funding and grants for environmental sustainability projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to streamline operations and optimize project delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management and project partners.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate meetings and negotiations to drive partnership growth and project support.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Environmental Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the environmental or non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of grant writing, fundraising processes, and proposal development.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relations and navigate public-private partnerships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for operational efficiency.
