Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with production requirements and organizational goals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings and favorable terms
- Coordinate logistics operations including inbound shipments, warehousing, and outbound distribution
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing carrying costs
- Evaluate supplier performance through KPI tracking and conduct regular business reviews
- Process purchase orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices in purchasing and logistics workflows
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
