Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive global location strategies to support business expansion objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify strategic real estate opportunities across Asia-Pacific regions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and Operations to execute real estate initiatives
- Evaluate and negotiate lease agreements, acquisitions, and property development projects
- Create detailed feasibility studies and financial models for real estate investments
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations for optimal location decisions
- Manage relationships with external partners including landlords, developers, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies throughout all real estate activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate real estate, location strategy, or strategic consulting
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex real estate projects in international markets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment preferred
- Knowledge of Singapore and Asia-Pacific real estate markets
- Strong communication skills in English; additional Asian languages is a plus
