Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end R2R operations, including general ledger accounting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting.
- Drive digital transformation and process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the R2R cycle.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in compliance with global standards.
- Manage high-level stakeholder relationships, serving as a strategic advisor on financial operations and performance.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls (SOX) and ensure adherence to IFRS/US GAAP.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a large team of finance managers and associates, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Shared Services environment handling global clients.
- Expertise in major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial consolidation tools like BlackLine.
- Strong experience in driving large-scale process improvement and digital transformation projects (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of international accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory compliance.
