Beongae Service Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable and professional Recovery Driver to join our DriveHome Service team in Singapore. We provide essential vehicle recovery and roadside assistance services, ensuring drivers get their vehicles safely home or to designated service centers.
As a Recovery Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while operating recovery equipment and vehicles. You will respond to recovery requests, transport vehicles securely, and maintain professional communication with customers throughout the process. This part-time position offers flexible hours, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments while being part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to vehicle recovery requests and transport vehicles safely to designated locations
- Operate recovery equipment including tow bars, flatbeds, and hydraulic lifts following safety protocols
- Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers during all interactions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Navigate efficiently through Singapore's road network using GPS and local knowledge
- Complete all required documentation and reports accurately and on time
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize routing and response times
- Ensure compliance with Singapore traffic regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience with good road knowledge of Singapore
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy equipment and long hours of driving
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable with a positive work attitude
- Basic English language proficiency for documentation and communication
- Experience in vehicle recovery, logistics, or roadside assistance is advantageous but not mandatory
