In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between finance operations and technical systems, ensuring our ERP landscape is optimized to support aggressive business growth.
You will play a critical role in driving the finance workstream for regional ERP implementations, upgrades, and system integrations. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP finance modules across the Australasia region.
- Partner with regional finance heads to align system functionalities with evolving business requirements and statutory compliance.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirement gathering and system design to user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex finance-system troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Drive change management initiatives by training regional teams on new finance processes and system enhancements.
- Oversee data migration strategies and ensure data integrity within the ERP environment.
- Collaborate with IT and external consultants to ensure seamless integration between finance and supply chain/operational modules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance operations with a strong focus on ERP (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) implementation.
- Proven experience in a regional or multi-country project management capacity.
- In-depth understanding of financial reporting standards, taxation, and internal controls within the Australasia region.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into system workflows.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing external vendors and consultant relationships during large-scale system transitions.
