As a key player in our regional operations, you will ensure the financial integrity and compliance of our sales offices, driving accuracy and transparency in all financial records.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of financial policies, performing regular audits, and ensuring adherence to internal controls. You will work closely with sales and operations teams to maintain up-to-date books of original entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and subsidiary ledgers. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of sales offices with SOAS (System of Accounting and Statistical) requirements and internal financial policies.
- Maintain and update Books of Original Entries, including cash receipts and disbursements journals.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules monthly.
- Manage subsidiary ledgers and ensure all intercompany accounts are reconciled and balanced.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams to verify financial data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management review.
- Monitor and enforce timely submission of financial documents from all regional offices.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a regional or multi-site role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy under tight deadlines.
