Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and accuracy
- Process transactions and update customer records in the system
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services when appropriate
Qualifications
- Proven experience in BPO, customer service, or call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (minimum 40 WPM)
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
