Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support through multiple channels (voice, email, and chat) with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions that add value and drive retention.
- Maintain high performance standards in a fast-paced, target-driven BPO environment.
- Execute outbound communications with precision to meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue goals.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams to share best practices and drive operational improvements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a BPO, customer service, or sales role (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding performance targets and maintaining high CSAT scores.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high level of self-discipline.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack or Zoom.
