Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Process customer transactions, account updates, and inquiries within established service level agreements.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service processes and address operational challenges.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide reliable information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to undergo training and participate in continuous professional development.
- Relevant call center or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
