Private Advertiser is looking for a dedicated Revenue Audit professional to join our finance team in Bocaue, Bulacan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for examining billing documents, verifying trip revenues, and conducting comprehensive Profit & Loss (P&L) analyses across individual trucks, trips, routes, and clients. Your analytical insights will help safeguard revenue integrity, uncover discrepancies, and drive process enhancements that boost profitability. You will work closely with operations, sales, and finance colleagues to ensure that all revenue streams are accurately captured and reported in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Audit billing documents and trip revenue records for accuracy and completeness.
- Validate revenue recognition against contracts and service delivery.
- Perform Profit & Loss analysis per truck, trip, route, and client.
- Identify variances, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to improve revenue capture processes.
- Maintain organized documentation and support internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, revenue assurance, or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
