Job Description

CareDesk is seeking a proactive Revenue Cycle Management Associate to join our Manila-based team. In this role, you will support daily operations, vendor coordination, and customer issue resolution, while maintaining calendars, CRM data, and efficient office workflows. You will help ensure accuracy of client billing, timely payments, and reliable reporting to support decision-making across the revenue cycle.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with vendors and internal teams, resolving billing discrepancies, monitoring service level targets, and producing routine performance reports. You will handle inquiries related to billing and payments and assist with data entry, documentation, and process improvements to optimize revenue collection and cash flow. You will also assist with onboarding, training, and maintaining a clean, organized CRM environment to enable seamless client communication.

To succeed, you should be detail-oriented, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. Prior experience in revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, or call center operations is advantageous. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize revenue cycle workflows including billing and collections to ensure timely cash flow.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account status with professionalism and clear communication.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree; relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office; data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
