Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) processes including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve financial reporting accuracy and reduce cycle times.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through transparent communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, AI integration, and process re-engineering.
- Mentor and develop a diverse team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
- Ensure full compliance with global financial policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations.
- Analyze financial performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance operations with at least 4 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of RTR processes, IFRS/GAAP standards, and SOX compliance.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale finance transformation or ERP migration projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic business value.
- Expertise in utilizing finance technology tools and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel).
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
