Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.
- Identify and engage with new potential clients through networking, cold calling, and relationship management.
- Present and promote financial products and services to prospective customers professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Provide detailed reports on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to management.
- Participate in marketing events and roadshows to increase brand visibility in the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales or marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Kabupaten Bandung area.
