Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales operations and monitor market distribution targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in the execution of trade marketing activities and product visibility campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain and inventory management.
- Support the regional sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual volume objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on market activity, competitive insights, and sales achievements.
- Engage in structured leadership training and feedback sessions throughout the 3-year program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 1-2 years of working experience.
- Strong passion for the FMCG industry and sales excellence.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High agility, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be placed in various regions across Indonesia, including Maluku.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate leadership potential.
