Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in managing client portfolios and immigration applications.
- Act as the first point of contact for high-net-worth prospects, providing professional consultation on service offerings.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Support the development of sales strategies to grow our client base in the immigration market.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports tailored to client needs.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and document compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or professional services is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with affluent clientele.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to assist diverse client profiles).
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
