As an SDR, you will work closely with our account executives to penetrate new accounts, engage with key decision-makers, and articulate the value of Alibaba Cloud's ecosystem, including cloud computing, AI, and big data solutions. Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new sales leads through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Manage and nurture inbound leads, ensuring a seamless handover to the Account Executive team.
- Conduct high-level discovery calls with prospects to understand their business challenges and technical needs.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Research target accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and mapping organizational decision-making structures.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the brand's presence in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or Cloud computing environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales quotas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Exceptional resilience, a growth mindset, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven atmosphere.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales prospecting tools.
