Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new sales leads through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads, ensuring a seamless handover to the Account Executive team.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls with prospects to understand their business challenges and technical needs.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Research target accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and mapping organizational decision-making structures.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the brand's presence in Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or Cloud computing environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales quotas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Exceptional resilience, a growth mindset, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven atmosphere.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales prospecting tools.
