Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by providing expert technical consultations to potential clients.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to specific client pain points.
- Collaborate closely with the internal engineering team to design customized solutions that meet unique client specifications.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial technical discovery to final negotiation and closing.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, tenders, and quotations in alignment with company pricing and profit margins.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure seamless integration of solutions for the client.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or application engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Sulawesi Selatan region as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
