Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity logs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Willingness to travel within Jakarta Barat as needed for client meetings.
