Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing bank partner clients

Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/Sederajat)
- Proven sales experience in bancassurance, insurance, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in using digital tools and CRM systems
- Willingness to complete mandatory certification training
- Resident in or near Tangerang area
