Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new healthcare accounts within the Jambi region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, activities, and market feedback.

Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical equipment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Jambi area.
