Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our healthcare product/service market share in Batam.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and medical partners.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regional healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical equipment industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for client visits across Batam.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
- High level of integrity, professional grooming, and a customer-centric mindset.
