Omniraise is hiring a results driven Sales Executive to join our Jakarta team. In this full time role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding our customer base, and delivering measurable value to our clients with our innovative sales solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted outbound and inbound sales activities to generate qualified opportunities
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline using a CRM; track progress against targets and forecast accurately
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities; understand client needs and tailor solutions
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and deliver persuasive proposals to clients
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with account management

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or tech sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities
  • Experience using CRM systems (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic data analysis
