PT Sinopacific Peralatan Indonusa, a leading provider of heavy equipment, trucks, and tires, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. As a Sales Heavy Equipment / Truck, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with key clients across various industries including construction, mining, logistics, and infrastructure.
In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of heavy machinery and commercial vehicles to identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets. You will work closely with our technical support and after-sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for heavy equipment, trucks, and tires.
- Identify and prospect new clients through market research, networking, and cold calling in the Jakarta and greater region.
- Conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations to showcase the value and reliability of our equipment and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver competitive quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Coordinate with logistics, service, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in heavy equipment, trucks, or industrial machinery (tire sales experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and key decision-making criteria in the construction and mining sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Jakarta and surrounding areas for client meetings and site visits.
- Valid SIM A and own vehicle is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
