Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to exceed revenue targets within the home living and electronics categories.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to maintain high performance and professional growth.
- Identify and penetrate new retail channels and key accounts to expand market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing and promotional strategies proactively.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and post-sale account management.
- Maintain strong communication with international stakeholders, requiring fluent Mandarin proficiency.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for executive management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the electronics or home living industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to liaise with international partners.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Utara.
