Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the frozen food and poultry sector in Yogyakarta.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing B2B clients and retail partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Provide insightful feedback on market trends and customer requirements to the management team.
- Handle product presentations, negotiations, and contract closures with potential and current clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, preferably within the FMCG or food distribution industry.
- Deep familiarity with the Yogyakarta business landscape and local food retail market.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region for field sales operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
