Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and marketing specialists across multiple locations.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to drive growth.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing ROI.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel between Jakarta and Surabaya as needed.
