As a Sales Medisend, you will manage a dedicated territory, building sustainable relationships with pharmacists, clinic owners, and medical professionals. You will leverage your communication skills to deliver compelling product presentations, manage a consistent sales pipeline, and ensure that our medical offerings reach those who need them most. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to pharmacies, clinics, and medical facilities within the assigned Bogor territory.
  • Deliver professional product presentations to doctors, pharmacists, and medical procurement staff.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key medical stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing and follow-up.
  • Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and medical marketing regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Medical Representative, Sales Representative, or in a similar field-based role.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle for field mobility.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Bogor area.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the local medical and pharmaceutical ecosystem in Bogor.
