Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers to monitor team performance against targets
- Perform complex sales data analysis, including territory analysis, win/loss analysis, and pipeline forecasting
- Create detailed reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts for executive leadership review
- Optimize and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Support annual planning and budgeting processes by providing historical analysis and market insights
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Streamline sales operations workflows to enhance team productivity and reduce manual processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex data insights clearly
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and business intelligence tools
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data compilation and analysis
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work arrangement while meeting deadlines
