Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales promoters to achieve daily and monthly acquisition targets.
- Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to increase market penetration in the Medan area.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales techniques of team members.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and collective results.
- Manage team schedules, deployments, and on-site operational activities to ensure optimal coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants and stakeholders to resolve field issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales or field promotion, preferably with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of the local market landscape in Medan.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and report generation.
