As an SPG, you will engage with walk-in customers at the ATM counter, explain the benefits of gold investment and physical gold products, and guide them through the purchasing process. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at the Gold Counter ATM, welcoming and assisting walk-in clients.
- Educate customers on gold investment products, pricing, and purchase procedures.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for gold products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and market trends.
- Handle cash and transaction processes accurately and securely.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare daily sales reports and feedback on customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize counter operations and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (SPG role preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active and fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales goals.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling cash transactions.
- Willing to work on a full-time schedule including weekends and public holidays.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Sumbawa Barat area.
