Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for reefer logistics services in the Jakarta metropolitan area
- Identify and acquire new customers in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors requiring temperature-controlled transportation
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns promptly
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, forecast sales performance, and provide regular updates to management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales within logistics, shipping, or supply chain industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong understanding of reefer container operations and cold chain logistics processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jakarta and surrounding areas
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications
