Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the water treatment sector.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to monitor competitor activities and industry shifts.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements to provide tailored, value-added water treatment solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly reporting on progress and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and post-sales support.
- Resolve client inquiries by providing detailed product information and troubleshooting assistance.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in industrial sales or B2B business development, preferably in water treatment or chemical industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels.
- Deep curiosity for technical product details and market competitive intelligence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel within the Sidoarjo and East Java region as required.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
