As a Sales Sparepart specialist, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, providing expert product recommendations, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service that keeps them coming back to PT Delta Sinergi Sekawan.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the spare parts industry.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales contracts to meet monthly targets.
- Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to help customers select the right spare parts for their needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Ensure timely processing of orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain a professional database of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in spare parts, automotive, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C or A) and own a vehicle for local travel.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Surabaya and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
