Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and group targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural sector, including key accounts and distribution channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies proactively.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and ROI analyses for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong partnerships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven success in B2B sales within the agricultural, agribusiness, or FMCG industries.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
