Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Perform essential back-office administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Assist in processing sales orders and verifying customer information for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently through various communication channels.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports and sales summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BPO, call center, or sales support environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules or night shifts as required.
