In this role, you will be responsible for managing both dry and cold storage sales operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
As a Sales Warehouse representative, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. You will be handling product inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing our supply chain processes and maximizing customer retention.

Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations for dry and cold warehouse products with accuracy and efficiency
- Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices in a timely manner
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies or replenishment needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse operational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse sales or logistics operations
- Understanding of dry and cold storage product handling is preferred
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Indonesian and English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic inventory software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work on a contractual basis and flexible hours as needed
