Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the maintenance services sector, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and corporate offices.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, site assessments, and presentations to understand needs and propose customized maintenance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and account retention.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, maintenance, or services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within Jakarta Selatan and greater Jakarta area for client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
