Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the maintenance services sector, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and corporate offices.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings, site assessments, and presentations to understand needs and propose customized maintenance solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and account retention.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, maintenance, or services industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
