Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple salon locations across Singapore
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Train, mentor, and develop junior hair stylists and salon staff
- Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
- Monitor inventory management and salon budget adherence

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the beauty/hair industry
- Previous experience in salon management or leadership role
- Strong sales and revenue generation background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop junior staff effectively
- Knowledge of salon operations, inventory management, and budgeting
- Certification in cosmetology or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
