Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain optimized staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational continuity.
- Monitor real-time workflow performance and proactively address bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast resource requirements and shift adjustments.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and generate regular performance reports for management review.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams to resolve service delivery issues promptly.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and enhance overall productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, or administrative operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workforce management software.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multicultural team environment.
