Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and enforce access control to prevent unauthorized entry
- Conduct regular patrols of facilities and report hazards
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations with swift, professional action
- Maintain and operate security systems (CCTV, alarms, lighting) and document issues
- Coordinate with security teams, facilities, and local authorities as needed
- Prepare accurate incident reports and handover notes for shift changes
- Assist with visitor management, screening, and safety briefings
- Support safety initiatives and participate in drills and risk assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; security training or certification preferred
- 2+ years of security or facilities-related experience
- Knowledge of access control, CCTV, alarms and emergency response procedures
- Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
- Physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods; ability to respond quickly
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
- Fluent Indonesian; basic English is a plus; good interpersonal skills
