Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure all areas are secure and free from potential hazards.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activities promptly.
- Prepare detailed daily reports on security activities and any incidents that may occur during the shift.
- Maintain order and enforce company policies to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Monitor surveillance equipment to oversee interior and exterior areas of the property.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Security Guard License (NC II or similar certification preferred).
- Proven experience in a security or surveillance-related role is an advantage.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during stressful or emergency situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
