Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance of personnel and visitors to maintain security.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and integrity of the property.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, unauthorized personnel, or potential security breaches.
- Maintain accurate and detailed incident logs and daily activity reports.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or distress signals in accordance with company protocols.
- Assist visitors and employees with inquiries while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Operate security surveillance systems and monitoring equipment effectively.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is an added advantage.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform duties requiring standing or walking for extended periods.
- Strong command of Malay and English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a high level of integrity, reliability, and professional conduct.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Ability to remain calm, observant, and decisive in high-pressure situations.
