As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our operations. Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned zones within Changi Airport to ensure a secure environment.
- Perform access control duties for personnel, visitors, and cargo vehicles.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to detect and report suspicious activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers and airport staff with inquiries.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, medical emergencies, or safety breaches.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs in accordance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with airport stakeholders, law enforcement, and fellow security personnel to maintain operational security standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent.
- Possess a valid PLRD security license.
- Prior experience in security, aviation, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
- Must be comfortable working on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of performing standing and patrolling duties.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
