Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure all areas are secure and free from unauthorized access.
- Monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems to identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Perform access control duties, including screening visitors, checking identification, and managing vehicle logs.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and incidents, providing support and clear communication to relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily shift activities, incident reports, and equipment status.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure compliance across all site zones.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and authoritative security presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the security industry is highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid security license as required by local regulations.
- Strong situational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physical fitness to conduct routine patrols and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for operating surveillance systems and digital logging tools.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional appearance.
